BIO
Melting Clouds is a music collective and production created by Dmytro Levchenko
Dmytro played in musical bands as a teenager and worked in music publishing, which eventually led to the creation of Melting Clouds in 2009 as a band. Melting Clouds is a constantly evolving musical form. The foundation of music is the creation of sound design, artwork, and architecture, like fire ignited for the first and last time, like something expanding to encompass everything, like clouds that melt and dissolve.
Melting Clouds has had associated acts James Kenosha (Rhodes/Sony Music, etc), Greg Walsh (engineer and producer for Pink Floyd, Tina Turner), Eric Wofford (producer of Bill Callahan album, and composing music for films, particularly for the film company Bradgate Films (UK). There have been numerous theatrical and art collaborations, collaborations with fashion, as well as for advertising and video games.
As a result, Dmytro creates projects in different musical styles and also creates musical design (which is the foundation, as the interaction with music began with soundtracking visual works), which manifests in Melting Clouds Production.
Currently, Melting Clouds remains in Austin and continues its activities.
